We want to welcome everyone to our first blog about the daily grind of our company Lazer Focus Productions.We hope to give you true insight on what it is really like to start a production company and all of the crazy work that goes into it. Lazer Focus Productions has been created because we feel like there is a major shift in the quality of productions in what everyone in the world likes to call Hollywood. We are not in the business of just pumping content out into the world without it having meaning, or envoking some kind of positive thought and or emotion, too often in this day in age it seems as though majority of the people in the entertainment industry just want to make as much money as possible. Because of that more often than not what they are putting out there is not of high quality.
We were tired of sitting around and bringing to light all of the issues that we had with the entertainment industry, and we did not want to become one of those people that just talks about problems and brings forth no solutions. What if there could be a company that dedicated 100% of its time to making quality content, whether it be T.V, Film, Music, ect. Thats how Lazer Focus Productions came to be. We are not interested in money because we understand that if we have quality then the money will come. We want to set a new level of standard for the industry, that in no way means that everything we come out you are going to like, becasue we understand everyone has their own opinion and we of course respect that.
If your anything like me you have heard all of this before, and the main question that should be asked is. What makes us different then the rest of the production companies big and small?. That part is easy, we are willing to do the work! and we are dedicated to doing whatever it takes to push for a shift in the mindset and the culture of the industry. It does not mean that it is always going to be fun, and i can tell you first hand that it is in no way easy, most people would even say "don't waste your time or energy" but then i reply "Who are you to tell us what we are doing is not possible?". If we want to see change we must first change ourselves.
Lazer Focus Productions is excited to share with you the everyday grind as we begin to take steps toward making the shift in the entertainment industry, we truly hope that we may serve as some kind of inspiration or motivation. We want you to know that anything is possible you just have to be willing to do the work.
